HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ORDER
"I would like to exchange my order what do I do?"
- All garments in their original condition (bagged, tagged, unaltered, unwashed, unused) can be exchanged for another item/size or store credit within 14 days.
We do not cover the shipping fees for returned items. Please make sure to track your return with your chosen courier to prevent any loss, as we cannot be held responsible for any items that go missing during the return process.
FAULTY ITEMS
"What if I receive a faulty product?"
- In the event of a factory fault, please contact our customer service email to resolve your issue. We ensure that all garments are thoroughly assessed before being shipped from the manufacturer and again before reaching the customer to prevent this issue.
SHIPPING
"How long will shipping take?"
- We take 24-48 hours to fulfil and dispatch your order.
"Do you ship worldwide?"
- Unfortunately at this stage we are not shipping worldwide. As we grow larger and our customer base increases, worldwide shipping will be implemented.

REFUND POLICY
- As a small business we are currently only accepting exchanges for item size or store credit within 14 days of your purchase.
